Warm & light-filled home with gym

  • Kick back and relax in this spacious home that blends style and comfort. The house is nestled in a lovely residential neighborhood, across the street from a charming park for kids to enjoy. Conveniently located near the University of Michigan Stadium (less than 5 min drive), and downtown Ann Arbor & campus (7 min drive).

    Includes two en-suite master bedrooms, in addition to a third bedroom/office combo, and a dedicated home office. Perfect for those who need a quiet space to work while in town.

    The three-seasons sunroom is a fan favorite with comfortable seating to enjoy being outside without pesky bugs.

    The fully renovated basement offers another great spot to hang out to play games (large selection of board & card games, puzzles), or watch a movie. One of the master bedrooms is located on this floor as well, with a full bathroom with heated floors.

    Enjoy the fully-equipped gym, which includes a Peloton bike, elliptical machine, free weights, and yoga mat/blocks.
