The pool was dirty and felt slimy. There were a few groups that were loud. The bathroom was so small the toilet and tub were just about touching. A couple of the access doors were stuck so you had to walk the long way around to your room. The breakfast area was not wheelchair accessible at all. Out of 20 tv channels, about 10 were sports or were not working. This hotel is very dated and needs to remodeled.

Not handicap accessible. No grab bars 8n shower or by toilet. Wheelchair bond person could get down stairs to get food for breakfast. Pool and hot tub closed. Feet were filthy after shower going to bed. While using the handicap accessible ramp into hotel there were so many bumps and cobble stone it broke our wheel on our wheelchair. Staff was trying to be so helpful but facility conditions were not H elpful.

We did write back to inform you that the room you booked was not handicap accessible and we had other options available that would be better for you. We're sorry that this was not the best stay but, we are continually working to improve.

Entire hotel interior needs to be updated. Carpet in the rooms feels damp and dirty. The cooling units are loud; we slept with ours turned off, but due to poor sound insulation we heard our neighbors' units as if they were in our room almost.

Check the lights and plugs before you unpack, also there was no smart TV so bring something like a Xbox if you looking to stream, outside of that the hotel was really nice and once the staff learned about the issues with the plugs they fixed it right away and offered to move rooms

Not a luxurious hotel, but served its purpose for busy graduation weekend. The facility is somewhat outdated, and the rooms are very worn out. Our curtains were ripped in more places than I could count. But, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. It was an easy 7 min drive to downtown Ann Arbor for graduation activities.

My 4th floor room faced the highway. Which made it noisy. The room smelled of rancid bleach. Imagine the worst foot smell. The bathroom mirror was not cleaned.

The gals at the front desk were wonderful, and the hallways were nice and bright (great for a female traveling alone). But when I arrived, my door was latched open (maybe by housekeeping?) The front desk employee understood my concern and kindly walked back with me to make sure the room was empty and safe. The place generally feels somewhat run down. I was appalled to find someone else's fresh makeup on a supposedly clean wash cloth at the BOTTOM of the folded stack. Not acceptable. I would not return.

Staff at check in was very nice. We had a short stay but would probably choose a room in middle of hotel overlooking the really nice pool area. Our room was very small, very thin walls and in a wing that felt almost detached and in need of updating. Value for our $$ was good.

Our first room in the "Atrium" was not clean, had a noisy air conditioner, and it had a bad odor. We asked for a different room in the "Tower", and the room was significantly better. The bed was very comfortable.

Got there around 1am checked in went to my room it was horrific. Room was in construction. Got another room not the best. Kept having to change the key card I got no house keeping during my stay even after a request and my daughter found bugs in the apple juice. Reported it all and all I got was “sorry mistakes happen” I travel a lot and I’ve stood in cheaper hotels with better service.

We certainly were not informed of the bugs in the apple juice however we understand that going into a room that was still being renovated may have been starteling. You were mistakenly given 246 instead of 264 due to a transposition of the numbers. Our staff would never knowling give away a room under repair. We do appologize for this inconvenience.

Pros: Friendly staff, gift shop, full breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, good price for value, rooms were decently clean Cons: AC doesn’t work, no ventilation fans in bathroom, cleaning product residue left on hardwood floors make it slimy and slippery. Hot tub was disgusting and filled with tons of unsupervised children under age 8.
