  • Ground-floor traditional and spacious beach house located on Anna Maria Island. Serene. Gulf Side of Island. City of Anna Maria. One short block to Gulf beach & trolly stop. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. Newly re-modeled & refurnished. 1600 square feet under roof with Heat & AC. 2 queen bedrooms with 1.5 bath. Comfortably sleeps 4. Sofa for 2 more. Bright and sunny 25’ x 30’ great sunroom. 2 TV, internet & Wi-Fi. Inside laundry. Bar and Game area. Large 700 sq ft partially shaded outside patio with propane grill, sitting tables & garden. Private 7‘ x 10‘ outdoor shower. 36’ x 75’ backyard. Covered carport with extra side parking. Ground floor beach house. No stairs. Lots of windows and sunshine. We supply a generous 3-4 day starter pack of essential household items. (Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, detergents, coffee filters etc.) Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.
    Also available are a vacuum, mop, broom, ironing board & hair dryer and other household tools.
