Check out The Porch (for finer fare), Anna Maria Island Creamery, Ginny’s and Jane E’s (for coffee, casual dining, and shopping!), or plan a spa day at Body & Sol. Catch the Free Island Trolley at the stop at Magnolia Avenue to explore Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach to the south.

This house is amazing! Equipped with everything you may need, and more! Very cute, with huge rooms, comfortable beds and very close to the beach (2 mins walking ). The storage has everything you may need for the beach, with tons of toys for the kids. Will be back !

We absolutely loved the mermaid house! The location was incredible. So many restaurants (at different price points) were within walking distance. The location to the beach was key for us as well. Additionally, we loved that the house provided towels and beach chairs! Thank you!

This property is nicely appointed with all you need, it’s very clean and is in a wonderful location. We loved being so close to the beach. Mermaid House was perfect for our group. Hope to return again.

Perfect for children!!

This location was absolutely perfect for our small children. Just steps to the beach but also really close to restaurants and shopping! It was fully stocked with children’s books, games, and toys. Not to mention the children’s loft room with bunkbeds upstairs was a major hit! We would definitely stay again!!
