This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And it did not disappoint! I think this is probably the best location and house on the island. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is full of amenities, the views are amazing. We saw dolphins every day. If you want a beautiful home with a Great pool and view you must stay here.

This house is perfect! It was spotless upon arrival and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs. Sound machines are provided which was great as we usually buy a fan for white noise. Communication was prompt. Although we didn't use the elevator every day, it was very helpful to send luggage up. I highly recommend this property!

This house and the island were exactly what we had wanted. The beach facing the bay was calm and beautiful and the bigger beaches are only a few minutes away. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The pool was the perfect size and very warm. We hope to stay here again someday.

My family of 8 stayed at this beautiful house in June. The house was in a great location, beautifully decorated, and the pool was a total bonus. The kayaks, bikes and floats were a plus. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and it was a lovely town. We highly recommend this property and the management company. We plan on renting this house again next year.

Great stay!

This was a really great property! We had everything we needed and the elevator was a huge plus. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The only suggestion I would have is it needs more towels and washcloths and an updated grill. My husband really enjoyed the kayaks in the garage and the rest of the family really enjoyed the balconies and short walk to the water.

Great house in an amazing location

We recently rented this house for two weeks. We shared it with family and friends and it was spacious for our group. We spent time working and relaxing and the wi-fi speeds was great for both. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of kitchen tools to allow for easy cooking of meals. The view from this property absolutely cannot be beat. We enjoyed watching the many sea birds and were able to see dolphins from the balconies a number of times. It’s easy to walk into town and yet the location felt quiet and peaceful. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very beautiful house in a convenient location

We were 6 60- 70 s something ladies. The house was three levels but there was an elevator. We did wish there was a half bath on the pool/beach level. We also could have used more towels but were told they figure 1 1/2 towels per person. How does that work??? Twin beds on the third floor were not comfortable. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay very much

Lovely property. Would love to give it a five star but the little touches were not there. The home does not have a well equipped kitchen. No storage containers no tin foil. Only given two rolls of toilet paper one roll of paper towels and two tiny bars of soap. The home was immaculate and as described.

The property is as beautiful as described. Beautiful location on the bay. Some suggestions. The twin mattresses were very uncomfortable and twin blankets were miniature. The washing machine is full of mold. And there was only one packet of laundry detergent supplied. No extra toilet paper. The grill is outdated, small and insufficient. There were no spices in the house, not even salt and pepper. Only two garbage bags supplied for the week.

Just arrived home yesterday. I am a 72-year-old widow and on my bucket list was to take my children on a trip with me. My sons found this amazing house and I booked it. The house is gorgeous. So clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. I have knee problems so a house with an elevator was a huge plus. Upon arriving we found the elevator and pool filter were not working. I called Sato Realty and within 30 minutes Wes, one of their team, came over. Because of the hurricane, the island was having power surges which can flip some of the power box breakers. Fixed and came back the next day to check out everything else. He was a very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend. Thank you Sato Realty.

Family Vacation

We loved the house. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and a bike ride to most places. It says it had an elevator, but I don't think it was working. We didn't mess with it so I could be wrong, but all the doors to it were locked. The access to the beach was covered in bushes and ants. I tried cleaing out some sort of path, but there was too much to deal with. The red tide brought in a lot of dead fish and seaweed so we stayed away from the private beach and spent most time at the public beach by the cafe. The pool only allows sun until about noon, so the kids didn't get burned. If you are looking for all day sun try the other side of the island. We went canoeing and rode the bikes provided. Please make sure to get replacement plugs for the canoes. We could never find any and kept having to dump out the water that was collecting during our canoeing. We enjoyed our stay

Owners- time for a refresh!

We met our family at the house listed above. We saw all the pictures and the house was as clean as it could be. The house is about ten years old, and so is everything in it. Mattress, bedding, pillows all need to be replaced. It's TIME. Couches have couch covers on them, we assume because they are so dirty underneath. We had to put towels on them to feel comfortable to sit on them. The house is listed for 8 people. However there aren't even seats in the family room to fit that many. We assume there were two additional chairs that must have gotten so bad and the owners just never replaced. The property managers were amazing through our entire trip. There are always little things here and there. We have rented several places across the country had friends at another SATO property that was incredible. We were embarrassed to have them come over. Kitchen is huge, but there weren't even a full set of 8 utensils and every single kitchen item were also 10 years ago. Just aged and old. We literally bought plastic utensils. Pros- VIEW and new coffee maker.

Stunning house - beautiful memories

This beautiful home is in a fantastic location - comfortable and decadent with amazing views of the bay. Sunrise is particularly spectacular and a must to see the dolphins, stingrays and manatees swim by every morning - worth getting up for. Rooms are exceptionally spacious, beds very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. The décor is fresh and uplifting - lots of white and tasteful bright colours. Built on 3 levels with an elevator for easy access and the Ipad controlled sound system is amazing especially when lazing around the wonderful pool. Outside dining is a must with fantastic BBQ facilities. The owners provide bikes for getting around the island and it is so easy to cycle to Bean Point for the spectacular beach or the nearby Sandbar to watch the perfect sunset. We particularly enjoyed cycling to the Pier to watch the locals fishing early in the morning. Open from very early with fresh coffee or late at night for a beer/wine. The kitchen is very well equipped with every appliance/utensil needed if staying in to cook. However there are many restaurants within easy walking/cycling distance - you will be spoilt for choice. Our particular favourites are the Ocean Star, Waterfront and the Sandbar - but Rudys and the General Store for breakfast shouldn't be missed. Through the garden gate the bay is warm and inviting and perfect for kayaking and dolphin spotting. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful - an ideal place to relax and unwind. The sand on the beach couldn't be whiter and the ocean couldn't be more blue - worth going back to again and again. The house is a credit to the owners - thank you for letting us share your tiny piece of paradise.
