"The property was very clean. We loved the location as we wanted to be in walking distance of DTA and USNA. The host was responsive when we contacted him. I would stay again as we greatly enjoyed our time in Annapolis."

"We stayed here for a Naval Academy reunion, and you honestly couldn’t ask for a better location unless you were sleeping on the Yard itself. Being right across the street from Gate 1 made coming and going completely effortless, and it was only a quick, two-minute stroll into downtown Annapolis.The house was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was ice cold—an absolute lifesaver against the summer humidity. I don’t miss THAT about Annapolis summers!John was a gracious, exceptionally communicative host who was very easy to work with from booking through check-out. Having the parking garage located right behind the house was a huge bonus. It easily accommodated a full-size car, though if you're driving a full-size SUV, it might be a bit of a tight squeeze.Overall, a top-tier stay. We would definitely book this property again!"

"This property was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend! It was so centrally located and had every amenity. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were beautiful. Having the porches was such a bonus. Our only hitch was fitting the cars into the parking area. Shorter vehicles work best. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This property was an up and down property for us. The ups: check in process was flawless; cleanliness was as good as an old house can be; and the location was superb. The downs: they say it can sleep ten. Well ten people might sleep but they can’t do much else. There are two baths and the kitchen was fine and although adequate to work with. But there are only four wine glasses and barely five people can sit at the dining room table. So if ten people sleep - they wake up and there are enough coffee mugs so they can forage the rest of the day."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better. It is a short walk to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, making it easy to explore shops and waterfront restaurants. This home has historic charm while still offering modern comforts. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in and the entire house was spotless from top to bottom. You could tell so much care went into preparing the home for guests. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis!"
