"It was OK. Staff in general were not friendly or informative. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is half the size it seems from the site. Great gym. Nothing was mentioned about the hot tub being out or the loud events that would be taking place that evening. It is a party hotel. Loud booming music until late hours of the night for scheduled events."

"The toilet ran every few minutes. Some of the carpet as we entered the room was worn away."

"I’m not a fan of pets in hotels, so it was particularly disturbing to step into the elevator and find pet feces. Guests next to us were questionable. Slamming against furniture and yelling and screaming meant a disturbed sleep. Not the property’s fault, but the response to my phone call to the front desk was appalling, I was advised to call the police if I thought safety was an issue. The male front desk associate communicated with irritation and a pompous attitude. I’m not looking to get anybody fired, but it would seem to me that a guest services refresher course would be a good idea."

"I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. "
