"This place hits the sweet spot between maintaining original Victorian character and providing 21st century comfort and convenience. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a clean, updated bathroom. Jenn was a delightful hostess, and the breakfast provided by Lisa was delicious and served in a lovely setting. "Such a sweet home, it’s was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfy, like being home away from home. Judie and Len were friendly and conversed with us all. Judie gave us some tips for places to see and eat. There were six of us and we genuinely loved it there, we have affectionally dubbed it Grammies place. Nick the cat was friendly addition to the stay. Beautiful home away from home. It was close enough to digby and highway is well lit making the night ride on motorcycles an easy ride....

"Hosta were excellent! Walking tour recommended was both interesting and rewarding. St. Anne fort scenic, shops cute and full of beautiful local creations. Wine bar friendly and tasteful. Lots of historic firsts. Kevin shared a great deal of history and great dinner recommendations, both near Annapolis Royal and Yarmouth. Tasty breakfast casserole. "
