"Shower head in room sprayed ceiling, every time someone else would open a door, our when others would open the doors to other rooms, our room door would clunk back and forth in the latch plate, even when d-bolted. The lady down at restaurant in morning was not very helpful, I asked for coffee and she pointed to the empty containers and said “the coffee is free” and I had to remind her I just stated the coffee was empty. However with all of the “bad” out of the way, the cleaning staff was amazing and always smiling & saying have a great day. It is a short walk to the USS Lexington and the aquarium. Overall, no place is perfect and it wouldn't prevent me from going back."

"Breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit. Not much of a variety. Rooms were clean but very damp. The hotel had these big humidifiers throughout different ares of the hotel. Beach access very limited. I don’t think I will stay there again 😕"

"The bathrooms were not great, water pressure was so low that it was hard to shower or flush the toilet. The Pool was not well maintained, was dirty and had cracks all over the Pool. The ameneties were very small and barely had anything in them, had to buy some seperately. Too expensive for what it was."

"This property was very poorly managed. From the rude reception to the lack of basic services. Our room’s deadbolt did not work, there was no iron, ironing board, blow dryer, bath gel, or shampoo in the room. When I asked for another room due to the deadbolt issue I was told I had to pack up all of my stuff before I could check the quality of the other room. We checked into a handicapped accessible room for my 80 year old mother and the replacement room was not handicapped accessible. We stayed in our original room and opened all the drawers in the kitchenette to provide additional protection incase of the door opening. This property does not meet the standards of a Marriott property."
