"We encountered several problems one major problem was the AC not working correctly in our room we let them know and they said they could’ve offered us a fan, but fans were already all distributed out to other hot rooms super unacceptable for the price we paid. We stay there every year for Easter weekend this year was super disappointing. If they have these issues they should be fixed. This is a big nice hotel for Corpus Christi. We were super disappointed.. great Staff but come on how can we sleep in a hot room we’re not in a Third World country! Pool was closed to Maintenance on a holiday weekend again super disappointing!"

" a very clean and m staff very attentive, minor concern. The chair by the desk did not work, but they do not have a replacement when we had a glitch in the television Internet. They came right up and fixed it."

"The rooms were clean and smelled great! They offer a free breakfast. If you forgot toiletries no worries they have it all. The water pressure was not good but the hot water never ran out. It had its own beach entry so thats a plus. They charge for parking which they shouldn't if you're a guest. They offer parking for beach goers, but designating a parking section and charging for those spots should be the only charged parking. Plenty of restaurants near by."

"Staff is very kind! The pool area was very well kept. Our room was very clean. Restroom could use a bit of a touch up but still very clean. Bar had great bartender with a great attitude towards everyone. The only negative, which still wasn’t too bad, was the elevators. It would take a good 20mins! I’m assuming it was just a busy weekend because it was faster taking the stairs from the 12th floor to the lobby than waiting on an elevator. Location of hotel is great. There were several restaurant options. Recommend Landrys Seafood at walking distance. Pricey but worth it. The Selena statue is at a walking distance. Overall, great stay. "

"Dust in the room! Very outdated room.. Carpets in the rooms smells bad. Really Really need to update the property from inside. Especially the carpets in the rooms. "

"Todo en general Bien exelente Ubicación,limpias areas y hab, buen desayuno, buen staff solo dos cosas malas el Aire Acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y habia poco shampoo en el recipiente y el primer dia se termino y al otro dia no lo repusieron."
