"Beautiful property with spacious bedrooms. It’s located close to the Canadian Mint and University of Manitoba. The property houses 4people but the dining table only has 2 seats ~ maybe host should consider foldable seating for extra seats at breakfast table. Communication with host was smooth and timely. We enjoyed our 3 night stay as we celebrated our newest graduate in the family."

"Overall pretty pleased. House was clean. Location was great. Host was very helpful. Had most of what we needed. Beds are not the most comfortable but I’m fussy. I would say it would have been nice to have more and cutlery/dishes. We used mostly everything in the cupboard for each meal therefore had to hand wash the dishes so we had clean for the next meal. "Was attending the Winnipeg Folk Festival for the first time and just really needed a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay overnight and for a few days afterwards. Place was spotless, communication great, beds super comfortable. It's a long narrow 2-story unit so would be cozy for more than a few people to spend much time there.
