"Staff are very friendly and happy. Filtered water station and lollies. The room was fantastic. Coffee pod machine and excellent tea in the room. Huge firm and comfortable bed. Separate bathroom. The only letdown was the occasional cigarette smell coming in from the air conditioning. Staff addressed it but I think it’s from outside because it kept happening. Room 602 Supermarket and several convenience shops across the street. So much food to choose from. Lots of shopping. We enjoy our stay and will stay again. "

"The Cartoon Network Family Roos was spacious and kids loved that they got to take home the stuffed characters. Hotel geared towards families with young children, but still okay for a 13 year old. The hotel is in downtown Tainan, next to two shopping malls but a little far from the touristy areas. Convenient shuttle to HSR station about two blocks away that is free if you show your rail tickets."

"Spacious family room and bathroom was a generous size. I also liked the sitting area on level 13 where we were able to sit, enjoy some views and have a space to gather outside of our room. Buffet breakfast had so much to choose from and very nice. Conveniently located as well. Highly recommended."
