  • Welcome to Le Palmier Bleu, a tropical retreat in the beautiful Port Caraïbes residential complex with 3 swimming pools, located in Anse Marcel, just steps from the beach and shops.
    For an unforgettable holiday...

    The property
    Just became available for rent, this one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet, leafy residential complex with three stunning swimming pools, just 300 metres from the gorgeous Anse Marcel beach and the many shops at the brand-new marina.

    We decided to name it Palmier Bleu in reference to the magnificent palm tree facing the terrace.
    It was love at first sight.

    The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and decorated with great care. You’ll enjoy a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and a magnificent tropical setting.

    Undeniable charm…

    On the terrace, the hammock is the perfect spot to continue reading your novel or take a nap.

    All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen opens onto the living room and features a bar where you can sip your coffee or a delicious cocktail.

    The bedroom also has a TV (with Chromecast) and offers plenty of storage space, including a safe for your valuables.

    The bathroom is spacious with a very large shower.

    The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an lift, which makes access difficult for people with limited mobility. However, parking is located right below the apartment.

    Direct access to the beach, 200 metres away.

    The apartment is located in the beautiful Port Caraibes residence in Anse Marcel. It’s also known as “Little Saint-Barth” because of its tranquility and its safe, pleasant surroundings.
    The residence is right next to the stunning Anse Marcel beach and the new marina, with its many shops and restaurants (Italian and Asian). There’s also a supermarket for your everyday shopping.
    Anse Marcel Beach is one of the best restaurants on the island.
    Anse Marcel is 15 minutes from Grand Case or Orient Bay.
