Children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This beautifully presented apartment is located on the ground floor of this modern, well looked after and quiet housing estate. The private front door opens on to the communal gardens, which include a children’s playground. The parking allocated space is just behind the flat.
Anstruther itself if one of the jewels of the East Neuk of Fife: a working harbour for fishing and excursions and some truly excellent fish and chip shops. The whole coast if famed for it’s golden sandy beaches and is connected by the picturesque Fife Coastal Path.
The golfer’s paradise of St. Andrews is just 10 miles away, with many excellent courses even closer, while Edinburgh is less than 50 miles away.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with many nice, thoughtful touches and includes a well equipped fitted kitchen/diner, separate lounge, two double bedrooms (one with a zip-and-link bed, if you prefer twin beds) and a beautiful bathroom with shower cubicle.
