"The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting. "

"I stayed at this hotel in Pocos de Caldas, and it felt expensive for what it offers. The rooms are large and reasonably comfortable, but there are not enough blankets, and you have to request them at the front desk. There were no bathroom mats either. Even after asking, I was given a towel to use as a mat, which was not comfortable. Cleanliness was only average. Some areas, such as behind the beds and between furniture, were not properly cleaned. Breakfast was okay. During my stay, there was no liquid soap in the women’s restroom, even after I specifically requested it for a couple of times. Another concern was a man outside the hotel who appeared intoxicated and possibly had mental health issues. He had free access to the hotel and intimidated some guests. I was told he was a former owner and therefore allowed unrestricted access, which made the situation uncomfortable. Overall, it’s just okay. For the price, I believe there are better options available, and I would choose a different hotel next time. "

"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly "
