The stay was wonderful! The staff was super attentive and friendly and amazing overall for anything you need. Amenities were great! Close to lots of local and fancy restaurants (great mix).

Lovely place to stay! Super central location for walking and the metro. Mattresses were hard, but that has been true for all the hotels in Portugal. The highlight was the pool sequence (included 1x per day) with the sensory shower, Turkish bath, sauna, and pool. My 13 yo son was crazy for it, but we all enjoyed.

Great hotel, great value. Only thing letting it down is the breakfast (not good value) and the “spa” facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very dated. Other than that the people were all really nice and helpful, the room was great size and comfy bed.
