A management fee of €330 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

## Neighborhood

A 100m away from the beach and the Vauban port, very close to the Picasso museum, in the heart of the Old Antibes, you will be in the immediate vicinity of all the places that make the reputation of this pretty southern town: the Fort Carré, the Vauban port, the Provencal market... It will also only take you 20 minutes to walk to Juan-les-Pins and its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the proximity of the station, you can also easily discover the other cities of the Côte d'Azur.
