2 bedroom, two en-suite apartment of 130 square metres completely and recently refurbished with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is situated in Cap D'Antibes just a few minutes walk from the famous Les Pecheurs beach restaurant and just a minute's walk from the renowned Belles Rives Hotel with it's gorgeous sea front restaurant and bar.
Just a few minutes from Juan Les Pins centre and a twenty minute walk from old town Antibes, this is an ideally located, smart and comfortable apartment. From the spacious and beautifully designed salon are large sling back terraced doors that open up onto a full wrap around terrace with three seating areas including a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and has it's own seating area and dining table that can accommodate up to six people.
There is a small shaded terrace that opens from the kitchen.
