Stayed two nights Nov 2023. Location near airport and train station is really good. Very easy to walk to hotel from Airport terminal 1, from terminal 2 you need to take free tram to terminal 1. The building holds two hotels, and entrance to Holiday Inn Express is on the right side as you approach from the airport. Check in was fine after a wait. Room was an average HI express room, not brand new, but not severely dated either. Breakfast was ok, but if you go after the first hour, not everything is restocked. Selection was fine for an included breakfast, but would expect more if paying extra. My room did not get serviced after the first night. I literally waited in the lobby after my HOHO bus tour as they were finishing. Reported it to the desk and they said everyone had already left, it wasn’t even 5pm, and they couldn’t do anything. They did not apologize in the least or just ask me if I needed anything. It wouldn’t have taken so little for me to walk away happy. Another rep didn’t even finish checking me out before helping another customer as I stood there. Some of the staff is likely new and needs customer service training.

It is an efficient hotel. Very good for money. Staff were very efficient and professional. clean and very good hotel. The only drawback is the absence of Gym and exercise area.
