Near walking distance from the airport...friendly staff ...excellent breakfast and dining provided in the premises. Best you can get at a reasonable price with public transport right at the doorstep. The hotel is nice enough, getting there on foot was easy from the airport. The staff were a bit rushed off their feet in the morning and breakfast seemed a little unorganised, with not the best selection. Absolutely fine if flying in or out of Nice, not for a long stay.
