33. A bright 3-room apartment with a lovely terrace & parking

  • At the beginning of Cap d'Antibes, near the white and soft sandy beach, La Salis, you will find this very bright and quiet 3-room apartment. Here you can enjoy a 50 square meter terrace that runs around the apartment and offers a view of the sea, the mountains, the Old Town and the La Garoupe lighthouse.

    The apartment is in a small, well-maintained, secure property on the top floor. It has a hallway, two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm and 140x190 cm) and AC, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room, with a view of the Old Town and the sea, has a sofa bed for two people (160 cm), a TV, AC and a dining area with space for 4-6 people.

    The kitchen is open and fully equipped. All rooms have access to the terrace with electric awnings and blinds.

    The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space within the fenced area. It has double-glazed windows, and the building has a lift.

    Antibes is a little gem on the French Riviera. Cannes, Nice, Monaco, etc., are within easy reach if you fancy an excursion. The train station is only a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
