Located in Mas du Tanit, in a quiet area, just a few steps from the center of Juan les Pins.
The studio is composed of
- Main room with 140cm double bed and 120cm sofa bed
- Kitchenette opening onto the living room
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
Ideal location close to all shops and restaurants, only 9 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Juan les Pins.
The Palais des Congrès (paid parking) is 5 minutes walk away.
Swimming pool in residence (open seasonally from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7:30pm)
This apartment does NOT have wifi connection or air conditioning.
Linen rental (sheets and towels) at an additional cost of 35 euros per person.

Cleaning during your stay: 25€ / hour
