"Eine schöne shabby Lokation, mit großem Außenpool. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, ohne Spühlmaschine. Ansonsten findet man eigentlich alles, was man benötigt. Der große zusätzliche Kühlschrank im Untergeschoss ist "Gold wert". Die dunkle Einrichtung "Eiche brutal" ist Geschmacksache. Ein wahnsinnig großes Arial, welches einiges an Pflege bedarf, ist ebenso einzigartig, wie die hübsche Hauskatze, die vor Ort wohnt.Insgesamt eine sehr schöne alte Bauernhaus-Villa, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Da macht es auch nichts, dass nicht alles blitzblank sauber wirkt und der Vermieter Stefano weder ein Wort deutsch, englisch oder französisch spricht. Dafür spricht er umso besser und schneller italienisch, sodass man den Google-Translater besser direkt in Bereitschaft hält.Den Rest während des Aufenthaltes klärt dessen Sohn Luca, der via WhatsApp immer erreichbar ist.Wenn alle Klimagerät (3) im Haus laufen und die Waschmaschine anspringt, passiert, wovor Stefano warnt ... die Leitung ist überlastet und der FI-Schalter springt raus. Dummerweise sitzt der ganz unten vor der Grundstückseinfahrt in einem ameisenvehüteten "Verteilerkasten" ... der direkt an einem Überleitungsstrommast angebracht ist.Aber tutto bene ... es lohnt sich, die Panoramavilla zu buchen!"

"Häuschen war sehr originell, etwas dunkel da ganz kleine Fenster. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da man draußen viele Sitzmöbel hat! Küchenausstattung ist sehr sparsam, Pool ist sehr schön !Die Hunde und Katzen die frei herum laufen, sind sehr anhänglich,das muss man mögen "

"Too cold for pool. Property is unusual and interesting. Great views! A couple of things for Paolo(very nice host!)—small 18 gal. hot water heater, and only set by timer for certain part of day…not too pleasant. Only one set of bed linens. Towels could use upgrade, and more than one set, too. A bit more furniture in living area—only a sofa now.Being there was interesting as this place is good-sized and has interesting layout. Oh, and in this cooler time period, cold/no heat kitchen on lowest level—not too comfortable.Having said all that, we did enjoy our visit, and thanks to Paolo for his efforts! (loved the dogs!)"
Panoramic Villa with private pool and whirlpool, green lawn and free wifi

"This was a well equipped villa in a great, peaceful location with wonderful views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets. The villa is up an unmade road but only 5-8 mins from a deserted local beach and several supermarkets. Travel for 15-30 mins and you'll find many beaches, some with wonderful crystalline waters and many facilities. We are keen cooks and were delighted with the quality and variety of kitchen equipment. The owner also provided useful extras such as a sun umbrella and cool bag/ice packs. A car is essential. I have mobility issues - there are a number of steps from the car to the villa but once up to the front door, all rooms are on the ground floor, except the inside shower, which is in the basement. This has a good power shower with large shower tray. The outside pool shower is secluded and has hot/cold water so I used this as my main shower for the entire holiday, which was very handy. The owner Mario and his son-in -law Fabio were lovely to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. We'd never visited Sardinia before but would love to return to this beautiful country. All in all a great holiday - a big thank you to Mario and Fabio from Carol and family."

"Fantastic villa with good access to gorgeous beaches on the south coast. Set in a quiet residential area so a car is required. We loved the exclusive use of the private pool. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat when we wanted to. Excellent communication and service from the hosts including great recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the local area. We had a fantastic stay and loved the resident dog Rufus - thanks Martina!"
