Our stay at the Pinnacle was excellent in just about every way. We were greeted by Kostas when we arrived and he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed, including a working kitchen, that we didn't use it. The place is located in a very central region of Athens, close to everything you would want to do. It was no trouble to walk to the Plaka area and to the Acropolis. There is a rooftop sitting area with an excellent view of the Acropolis. I believe that there is a bar up there that is open and other times, but we were there during February, off-season. An excellent breakfast was provided. I really can't think of anything to complain of.î⁷

The staff here are very pleasant and accommodating from the front desk to the gals working with the delicious breakfast. The views in the dining area are beautiful and it is walking distance to Delphi and the cute shops in the town.

Hotel staff is rude and unfriendly to guests. Our room had a couple of very unpleasant maintenance issues (door would not lock, shower was clogged and other people’s hair was coming out of the drain) that were not addressed when we raised them.
