"Breakfast was ordinary hotel food. Nothing Special. But it was Hot and Somewhat Fresh. Now the room well its old, shower barley works, sink did not work. musty very musty. But it worked for our quick stay. Staff was great"

"We rented the Deluxe rooms. I understand they just completed ski season and expanding but smashed bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, loose faucets I shower were not as deluxe as I would want. Stay in Lodge or Expansion. The pools were however well taken care of and very clean. Summer was expensive and not up to the price as far as service. Atmosphere was more like an open breakfast buffet and not real private. Maybe add ambiancece and a fireplace. The staff are also patrons which was a little wierd sinc e most of them in the pools as well. Sulfur smell is hard to get out of clothes etc. Pagosa springs is also in a major street rehab and many businesses are closing. Meh"
