"we spent 3 nights in the Matisse. We arrived in the night and could easily check in. It was all clean and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn‘t connect to the wifi and I never got an answer to my message. We used the oven once which was working but made noices so it should be checked and fixed I guess We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Matisse for a weekend getaway to Belfast"

"A great option for a trip to Belfast. The apartment had views overlooking the river and was within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. The Titanic museum was also within walking distance. The underground parking was great as we had hired a car. "

"Pros: Great location, clean, washing machine. Cons: rooms very small, the lift/elevator doesn’t work (and it doesn’t it will work anytime soon), the apartment is on the top, so be prepared to carry your luggage."
