Good hotel with great breakfasts

Really good breakfasts, good savoury and sweet options. Hotel in general was very clean, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Right next to the train station, so also very convenient.

The location was very convenient, being next to the Antwerp Centraal. Walking was somewhat dangerous due to all the bicycles and electric scooters.

We've stayed here a couple of times when visiting Antwerp as it's just a few steps from the station. Thankfully we had a room which overlooked the courtyard this time as the Antwerp marathon was on the Sunday and the noise in the road outside was loud! We had breakfast in the hotel on the morning of the marathon to avoid the crowds, the choice was better than most hotels although it was quite expensive. There are loads of restaurants and cafes in the area so it's easy to find something cheaper. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back next year.

Steps from Antwerp central rail station this property is modern and convenient if you’re coming by train. Also the Antwerp zoo is very close if you have little ones. It’s a bit of a hike to old city but overall great stay and will be back.

Missing a few points but overall great stay

I love the NH beds and the breakfast a reason why I stay with them Shame they missed a few touches: the bar opens very late and there is no restaurant to have lunch or anywhere to have food during the summer months a bit unacceptable for a 4*+ property The water tank at reception is taken in the evening for a company that encourages recycle and reduce CO2 they encourage to buy plastic bottles from the machines at the reception You only get one bottle in your room for the entire stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even though I checked in close to midnight. I also really enjoyed the bar service—great atmosphere and attentive bartenders. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back!
