5min to shopping street and 7min to tram by walk. There were markets at right outside of the hotel over the weekend It was very convenient to go around. Staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel in Antwerp. It’s pretty quiet but I was on the fifth floor and I could hear some street noise. I liked the views and the area around the hotel was great for walking and people watching.

Excellent breakfast, but don’t expect much from the rooms. Very run down room with antiquated bathroom. Faucet was detached. No decoration in room and white walls were and my room smelled eggs from 6.30am onwards. A pity, because the location is very central.

No Drama at The Theater. A "Jolly Good" Show !
The only dissapiontment I had is that the room rate included an assumption of two people having breakfast and two 'local tax' amounts were charged for each day. I was a solo occupant! The charge to extend my check-out time until 4p.m. (because of a very late evening departing flight) was convenient but rather a "Sting in the Tail":>)) Overall - a really "Well Done" :>))

Hotel is on the edge of old antwerp which means it is only minutes away from shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants, nightlife, and grocery stores. Parking is next door and a discount applies if you book here.

Antwerp near Central Station and the old city.
The location was excellent for purposes and close to the Central Station for trips to Brussels and Leuven as well as direct routes to and from BRU. The rooms were large and well kept if not brand new so some wear is tolerable and not a problem. One concern was the high humidity which create a lot of condensation overflowing onto the floor. This was easily fixed with a temporary waste basket. I am used to this in the tropics and it didn't bother me enough to report it. I guess housekeeping noticed this and provided some extra towels. The beds are two twins placed together that didn't bother me but might be problematic for couples, I was traveling alone. The breakfast was quite good for that sort of buffet and plentiful. Some issues with a slow internet but tolerable and did use my travel phone for some issues. The front desk was helpful and arranged for cabs and tips on places nearby.

A typical business hotel relative to the rooms. Not fancy, but clean. The real plus is the staff and dining experience. Great people and very good food. The dining and lounge areas are really quite nice.

We changed rooms within a few hours as the air conditioning wasn’t working, staff were very friendly and accommodating and agreed the room temperature was uncomfortable. Second room was much better on 6th floor. Breakfast and coffee were nice, nothing special. Location of hotel is great as not noisy and a walk away from the shopping center. Room cleanliness could have been more thorough. Market day is Saturday and it’s on the doorstep highly recommended for food and drinks a must do

The hotel has a great location. The room was large but with a very plain basic no character furniture and decoration, not very confortable mattress (memory foam which heats the body). The breakfast was very nice and staff very kind.

This was conveniently located in the city center, and next door to the Arenbergschouwburg Theater where we saw Bruce Dickinson's Book Tour event. Great spot if you want to walk around with multiple restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff were efficient, and the rooms were extremely clean and large! Would stay here again if I had another event to attend in Antwerp.

The stay has been good. great location right in the city centre. For parking we sued one of the many covered car parks. The room was clean and quiet located on the last floor. Breakfast was ok, not so much choice and staff was quite slow but friendly.

Christmas break
Hotel was fine and good breakfast included. Nice enough room but the twin beds were very narrow so We didn’t sleep very well as out legs kept falling off the sides. (We are only average size people.) Shower great and twin basins. Well used but functional. No tea making in room which we would have liked. Parking good. Unfortunately dreadful weather which stopped us visiting the Christmas market on the Sunday as we intended going the following day instead when it cheered up - unfortunately it was shut!
