"This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. Our family has 7 adults and 7 children, and the bedrooms were sufficient. The other rooms are spacious and comfortable for a large group. Things are new and attractive. There is a minimal amount of decor in the cottage and empty drawers in the kitchen, which we liked because it left room for our things. We still had everything we needed or managed with what was there. We appreciated the provided towels (including beach towels), linens, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. The lake is down a short and easy slope, which all of us, including those in their 70s, could manage, though there is a steeper incline right by the water. There is enough seating inside and outside for 14. The kids enjoyed the pool table in the lower level, the games, and spent hours in the water, using the swim raft as well as the supplied two kayaks, the paddle board, and canoe. We brought a dingy sailboat and the lake was a great size to sail a small boat with enough wind almost every day. Fishing off the dock was fun. The lot is on the SW shore of the lake, so you get only a glimpse of the sunset in mid-summer and not much sun on the beach or dock at all times of the day. We liked being comfortable in the shade and not having to worry about getting too much sun, but it can be cool even with high 70s temperatures. The owner of the cottage is very helpful."
