"Went near the end of low season for a week and had a very good experience. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, albeit dated. Staff were very friendly, food was very good (breakfast buffet a great value). Pool was great for lounging around and atmosphere was quiet (no kids or partiers). The gym was disappointing - cardio machines broken or not working well, just a few dumbbells and a bench, no towels or way to wipe the bench or mat. I was glad to not have a pool side room as people could swim almost right up to your sliding door and it wouldn’t feel private at all. Personal preference though. The location is close to the beach but still a bit of a walk (~8 minutes) to get around the massive Club Med across the street."

"The only Hotel that I will recommend to my friends and family in Phuket. Clean, not crowded and the area as well as the hotel is very quiet away from road noise. The beach that you have access to through the hotel has almost no crowd at least at the time of writing the review ( I had stayed there for three nights) Stay away from Patong and Kata unless you like crowded hotels and busy streets"

"A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes). Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling."

"Beautiful hotel. I recommend getting the lower floors so you don’t have to wait for the elevator or walk up the stairs to the top two floors. . I had a room on the same level as the pool and breakfast area. Fantastic in the low season as the beach was not packed. Very good room service food. Breakfast normal. The staff were very friendly."
