The host is very kind and nice! The hostel is located near various faclities, convenient and restaurant. It’s quite hard to find the main gate of condotel. You may confuse with the condominium which is located next to the street because of the same name. However after you stay here, I’m sure that you will have a good memory from here! I will give 9/10 point for this!

Homey, reasonably priced place to stay

Nice kitchen in room and separate living room. Big pool. Nice outdoor area. Close to convenience stores and places to eat. Could use more cooking utensils. Need car to go to nicer beaches. Rawai beach not great for swimming.

Everything was great, exactly as described online. Friendly check-in and check-out. Lovely design with a lot of character; it's very different from other units at The Title. The wifi works much better than in other parts of The Title.

Kein Hotel eher Apartments.

Ein großer komplex von Wohnungen, welche anscheinend z.t. Vermietet werden. Jedoch ist es für mich kein Hotel. Kein Frühstück und die Rezeption fühlt sich kaum zuständig. Das Zimmer selbst war gut und sauber. Daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Auch der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und alles war unproblematisch. Hotel bzw. Gebäude relativ laut. Der Pool selbst hatte kaum liegen und war immer komplett belegt.

It was a pretty relaxing location

It was a quick walk to the Krabi shops so the Tuk Tuks were not required. The breakfast buffet wasnt great as there was a strange mixture of food (we had it twice). However, they do make omlettes, scrambled eggs and fried eggs to order at your request whilst you either wait for the eggs (which I think is good as I wanted fresh scrambled eggs). I would suggest asking the egg cook to make your egg meal with fresh eggs as they did have some strange ready made egg mixture which looked disgusting so i always requested that my eggs were made fresh from the egg. It was always nice to sit and eat breakfast in the open air. Sometimes little birds would fly in looking for scraps of food on the floor (note to hotel: some people may or may not like the birds as they can be construed as vermin depending on where in the world the visitor has come from). However, the birds did not enter the dining area every day. I feel that the hotel was a nice place to stay and was well worth the money which I paid (to be honest i extended my stay at the hotel by a few days). The hotel can also arrange excursions so do not be afraid to ask them to book these for you.

Rawai had everything I wanted in a holiday place! The Title Boutique condotel was newer, located on the strip, the only thing detrimental to the visit was the bus loads of Japanese tourists, although for the most part they utilized the long tail and speedboats to go to the islands!

Good pricing good location

1st impression was really great, nice retro design, good size of apartment with separate bedrm, small but sufficient kitchenette for light cooking with a full size fridge (2 small water bots inside). Did wish for kitchen cloth, more toilet rolls ( only provided 2 rolls for our 4days stay). There were stains on our bath towels and bed sheet. Location was really good, there's restaurants, massage and mini marts juz outside on the main road. Parking no prob. Good security and quiet surroundings. Our room was on 4th flr (highest), facing an open bus car park. Note, none of the rooms will have sea view due to the design of the property. We chose to be not facing the pool as it mite be noisy.

Ruhige Woche in Rawai

Einfach super !! War sehr Ruhig sowie ich es gewünscht hatte. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Zimmer war Toll Sauber und Ruhig !! Nur das WIFI sehr langsam aber das wird aufgebessert! Sonst SIM Karte mit 4G Unlimited auch gut;-). Danke an die Staff sehr gut!!

Gostamos muito do atendimento, do quarto (bem decorado e limpo) porém a praia que ele fica localizado é afastada dos demais lugares. Se estiver sem carro acaba gastando muito de táxi.

spędziliśmy w title boutique 3 noce. apartament komfortowy i super wyposażony. w odpowiedzi na poprzednie wpisy : materac i poduszki faktycznie twarde.. apartament śliczny i fajnie wyposażony. papier i kosmetyki kąpielowe czekały na nas, podobnie jak woda w lodówce. bardzo blisko do sklepów, salonów masażu i wypożyczalni. przez ulicę przystań. trzeba trochę przejść żeby się dostać do ślicznej kameralnej plaży. ale warto ! :)

Super verblijf aanrader

Super verblijf mooie kamer zoals op de foto's, netheid iets minder kamer word om de 3 dagen gekuist en vers beddengoed. Als je extra wil is het geen probleem dan bel je en komen ze de kamer kuisen. Zeer proper complex goed onderhouden zwembad alles is piekfijn. Hier kom ik zeker terug en aan te raden zonder twijfel. Het strand om te zonnen is niet op wandelafstand, paar km verder want de zee voor het hotel is voor de boten die naar de eilandjes vertrekken.

Great location, close to everything

Once we finally found the correct entrance (it's just labelled "The Title" and there are several entrances), we were met by the agent and shown to our room. The room was spotless and very modern. Free wifi, large TV, DVD player etc. As it was owned by a private individual, all issues are sorted out by ringing the agent, not dealing with reception. This worked really well and the service was great. We rang and asked for pool towels and got them within 5 minutes. The pool was lovely, but there are only 8 sunbeds for the entire pool area which isn't a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend these apartments.

My apartment was spacious, clean & very comfortable...Location perfect for me as I was training there but if you want to go Kata, Karon or Patong you need transportation...Great choice of restaurants & activities for the tourist...beach is right out front.. If I could fault anything it would be make sure you arrive early & notify a head on arrival time as our flight was delayed 7 hrs & we had trouble checking in as some of the condo' are privately owned & the owners are off site...also my Wi-Fi wasn't the best but some rooms have modems.Swimming pool was always full as a lot of families which is understandable.

Check in staff very rude and completely unhelpful. Room was good and khun Jub was helpful. The room was only cleaned once every three days.

Nice Condominium at very reasonable prices

We were in the Retro Condominium for 1 month, we usually try to stay in a quiet area but this was situated in the busy area of Rawai, across the street from Rawai beach which caters to tourists for boat transportation so this creates a busy situation. Juff the person that took care of things was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. My 2 sisters were in other condos The Vintage and the modern, also very nice especially the Vintage. If you are a retired older couple I suggest you stay away from the Retro, its a very nice one but quite colorful. These condos are true to the pictures seen online.

Ruhige Appartements in zentraler Lage.

Für mich als Alleinreisender optimal. Ich wollte relaxen und eine ruhige Unterkunft. Zwei große, saubere Pools halfen mir sehr dabei. Vielleicht ein bisschen zu wenige Sonnenliegen, aber ich hatte auch ohne morgendliche Eile stets noch eine bekommen. Mit dem Shuttle zum nahe gelegenen Naiharn Beach ist ein Muss, denn dort wird man mit einem wunderschönen Strand belohnt. Ich habe bereits die halbe Welt bereist und dieser Strand ist auf jeden Fall unter meinen Top Ten. Rawai Beach liegt zwar direkt an der Unterkunft, ist aber zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet, da dort überall Boote verkehren.

Great hotel

Great hotel.....great value. Rawai, however is not the part of Phuket I would visit again. Kata and Karon have more happening.
