"We stayed at the new wing, the room was relatively new and very clean. Spacious with a private balcony which provided a good view, albeit partially blocked by the older wing infront. Would suggest going for the old wing if you want a good view. Terry assisted to arrange transportation for us from Taichung HSR station to the hotel at a fee. "The castle is incredibly eye-catching. Staying in this castle makes my daughters feel like they are real princesses. The environment is clean and beautiful, with fountain, statues, flowers, ducks, etc. You may easily spend more than an hour in the castle and garden just to take photos. Staff members there are friendly and nice. Surely I will stay there again if I visit TC next time."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! It is one of the most well staffed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are gracious and kind and beyond helpful. The buffet was absolutely amazing. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking. The entertainment was excellent. This hotel was perfect in every possible way. I really can’t say enough good about this hotel. We travel frequently and stay in five star hotels everywhere we go. This one was one of the very best!!! "
