Staff were great and got us into our room early so we could rest before heading out. The hotel is old and a true Amsterdam row house so if you can’t do stairs then request a room on main floor. Rooms were cute, comfy beds. Bathrooms are small but expected that. Air conditioning recently installed so that was a plus! The happy hour was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Really enjoyed our stay!

Property in great comdition and in a great location. Breakfast was one of the best inckuded breakfasts in Europe. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

"Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow". Bathroom, ..."
