"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"Very spacious and good location.There was a good swimming pool and gym. The service is by phone and someone came around very quickly to help. This place was better than a hotel for our family because we got more room and good facilities and did not need a hotel restaurant or reception area."

Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. Room was clean and adequate with a great kitchenette within the room, cooker, microwave, saucepans, kettle and a full fridge freezer. We would stay here again. "

"The unit needs to maintain better and the aircons has to be cleaned on routinely basis. The aircons are full of dust. The windows locks need to change and some are defective. Can be improved overall"

"Unit was very nice but not easy checking in no body to help not being local made it hard to get the keys. Stayed 12 days good walking distance to shoppiong etc. did'nt have a change of towels or bed linnen in that time. It was very reasonable and as they say you get what you pay for. It suited us."

We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. "Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring"

"Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm."

"I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Best for holiday trip. hotel facilitate with great equipment/ facilities , food options and scenery. Only the bar menu next to the pool i think its way too much over price and not worth it. The orher restaurant are reasonable. "
