  • 125 years after its construction and initial use as an olive mill, "1891" Home was fully renovated. Magnificent views at the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean sky makes it the holiday house everyone dreams of.
    “1891"- Home, is a two storey villa, situated in Apokoronas- one of the seven Municipalities of the Prefecture of Chania and one of the most picturesque. Apokoronas covers a diverse area that reaches from the foothills of
    the White mountains to the sandy beaches and rocky shores on the
    northwest side of Crete.
    Within its boundaries you will discover the beauty of olive, citrus
    groves and vineyards, local flora and fauna along with stunning views
    of the Mediterranean Sea. Due to its locale and the area's vibrant
    settlements, Apokoronas still offers pockets of traditional Cretan
    hospitality and customs as well as architecture.
    The area is known for its hiking/ foot trails, gorges and some of the
    most popular sandy beaches famous for sailing, water sports or just
    relaxing by the waterfront.
