Xirosterni, a charming village adorned with stone-built houses, is a mere five-minute drive from the renowned Almyrida beach. This idyllic location also provides easy access to the vast sandy shores of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, along with the traditional village of Vamos. These destinations boast an array of local taverns serving mouthwatering homemade dishes and more. In Xirosterni, you can relish in the offerings of a traditional café that serves delightful meals and a mini market that remains open until 10 pm.

11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUEST’s own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
14-The host is not responsible for the behavior, noise, or actions of any third parties outside the property.
