both rented together under the name Villa Memories. This makes the
property ideal for families or groups who would like to stay together
while still enjoying extra space and privacy.

Both unites are set on the ground floor. Each unite has its own
air-conditioned lounge with comfortable seating and a television, as
well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs,
dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, and patio doors.

In total, Villa Memories offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 double
bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a
shower, toilet, and basin.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
