"We stayed here once before, and it wasn't bad but it is under new management and much better. This time we enjoyed the stay even more. This time they supplied enough towels and supplies for two people to enjoy the hot tub and bathroom. My suggestions are this if you stay... get in line for breakfast early as it goes fast. Wish they had two waffle irons, so the line moved more smoothly but it was still alright. And use a towel at the bottom of the door to drown out hallway footsteps (they could use a door strip so light, and noise filters out). Otherwise... you will definitely enjoy your stay here. The manager at the desk was very friendly. Room was very clean, and we loved it there this time. Look forward to our next visit. I hope that they keep it as clean and nice as it was this time. "This is one of very few places in PF that is Pet Friendly. Our dog is a Yellow lab that is diabetic and is mostly blind. He wears a vest that he is blind. They have treated him like gold. the 2 times we have stayed there, If you have a pet, this place is the one to stay and plus the river walk is about 100 yards away. ❤️"

"Had a long weekend in pigeon forge with the grandbaby before school started. He loves the pool and everything you would need is right there close to the hotel. We went to Dollywood and took a day trip to gatlinburg. Wonderful time! All staff is very friendly!!"
