"Right down town in Pigeon Forge so it was convenient to other attractions. It is very kid friendly, but may not have the most comfortable room accommodations for adults. Because we were traveling with 2 small kids we had to pack a lot of stuff and bunkbed rooms did not have a lot of room to stow items such as suit cases, so all personal items were sitting out in the grownup area. No small table to sit at for meals in room and very limited space to store suitcases, etc. I did not like the sink out in the bedroom area,
The day time activities were fun but only available at certain times (even the water park slide availability had scheduled times to be in use). We were there for two days and never saw the rock climbing area open for use. So be aware if you want to do a resort activity, you will have to make sure it coincides with your schedule.
All the staff seemed nice and courteous, and the food services were great. Room accommodations were a little cramped and need a few adjustments to make them more like home. Even though it was cute, our small kids really didn’t like sleeping in their own bunks; one of the double bed rooms would have probably worked better for us. "
