" The indoor pool was not heated. It didn’t look like anyone had taken the time pickup around the whole indoor area. The lazy river was warm , but they only had 3 tubes and 2 of them were flat. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The building was in a major improvement project."

"We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this hotel near The Island in Pigeon Forge! The location couldn't be better, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was a nice perk. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, but the manager truly stood out—when our reservation had a mistake, they were so understanding and fixed everything without hassle. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Floor in the room was dirty. Items left on the floor that were very visible. Bathroom floor extremely dirty. Comforters were dirty. Microwave was not even near a plug in. Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain. "
