It’s always a wonderful experience whenever my family stays here! The rooms are always clean, and the staff is polite, helpful, and incredibly friendly. One of the things I love most is that the water park never feels overcrowded, making the experience even more enjoyable. We always have such a great time, and I honestly can’t imagine choosing another indoor water park over this one. It’s definitely our family’s favorite!

This place is amazing for families! There is so much to do and waterpark is huge with attentive and alert lifeguards all over, so you really feel safe letting your kids explore! The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent! There is an amazing trail system for easy hiking. Truly a magical experience. We will definitely be back!

The staff at the front desk was amazing, she was so helpful, polite and friendly, didn’t try the restaurant they was always close and the menu is pricey, room was clean outdoors pools was great, I will go again.

Staff was very friendly and pa large deal with arcade was super helpful! Kids loved the climbing, mini bowling, 4D movies and games. I only gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because the room wasn’t very clean and the prices for food in the restaurants that were open (only a couple) were expensive. I did appreciate going mid week though because it wasn’t crowded. Great get away with two kids ages 9 and 11.
