Cleanliness, staff, arcade, food options, craft room, and water park all stood out! Big shout out to Gloria and Christian at the front desk, Michael (saw him in the water park and at the buffet breakfast), Alyssa S in the water park and all the housekeepers and cleaners. These 4 especially stood out and deserve recognition. Thank you all!

Resort Review: A Mixed Experience I recently visited Kartrite Resort for a family celebration, and while I have always loved this establishment, this trip was marred by some significant challenges. The Good: The resort's rooms and amenities continue to impress. The accommodations are comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. It’s a great place for families to unwind and enjoy their time together. The Not-So-Good:

The pool was great. However, the temperature is a bit cold for kids. Some of activities in the pool was out of order at the visit time. The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast option is limited and overpriced.

I took my daughter to The Kartrite Resort for her birthday, and we had an amazing time! The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and the vibe was perfect for families. Such a great experience we’ll definitely be back!
