8. Romantic A Frame Tree House at Glamping Goat Farm!

Newport

"We had a great weekend stay in the Fountain side A-Frame! Check-in was very easy, and our cabin was very clean with all the basic amenities. We loved exploring the property, especially all the games in the main barn and hanging out with the animals (the cats were so friendly too!). Perfect as a getaway to relax, and as an option if you're spending time in the Smokies or Cherokee National Forest. "

Top Appalachian Mountains Hotel Reviews

Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside

10/10 Excellent

"It was very nice and we loved the hot tub & pool."

The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

10/10 Excellent

"It was at a good location about 1 mile away Gatlinburg town. Very beautiful view! We arrived the time in the Fall Foliage peak week and the view is a breathtaking at the hotel. Room is specious, bathroom is new renovated and it looks in an excellent condition. Having indoor pool is a plus. I gave 4 stars at the maintenance section review is that the furniture in room is out dated. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

Wilderness at the Smokies – River Lodge Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The wilderness was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing with helping me figure out what was the better option for my family with day passes or another room and of course we went with another room. Thank you wilderness staff for all that you'll do. Thank you to all the life guards for making sure our children stayed safe though out our visit. Oh and Thank you DJ or Playlist that also was lit. We had a wonderful Halloween 🎃 and birthday weekend at the wilderness. Have a wonderful New Year to our new Friends at the wilderness of the Smokys"

Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown

8/10 Good

"The personnel here are outstanding: warm, welcoming, kind and funny. The view from the 18th floor facing the Ohio River is unbeatable. However, our king size bed was unusually soft for a quality hotel, the comforter too short and inadequately thin for comfortable sleeping and the fold--down seat for the shower had mold all around its fixture to the wall. And please, while there is a choice for coffee drinkers between regular and decaf coffee, there was only black tea. Yes, some 80% of tea consumed in the US is black. But that means some 15% is green tea and for those of us who minimize caffeine in our beverages, green is the only way to go."
