"Harrahs needs better housekeepers and up-to-date rooms. I felt nasty the whole time in room 525. This is a smoke room l booked by mistake. It was spacious with good hot water, but the room itself felt nasty. "

We had a neighbor who was smoking on their balcony and it was coming into our room. The staff handled it quickly. "
