"Edgewater is now my go to hotel when visiting Gatlinburg or anywhere nearby. The staff is welcoming, the room is spotless, and the breakfast is fresh. Looking down at the river is so refreshing in the mornings and it is walking distance from many attractions.I love the whirlpool and you get to meet new people there."

"A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out."

I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. "Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price."
