"This was a last minute booking for a show that was happening at the Sevierville Convention Center and our first time staying at Wilderness Lodge. The Hotel was within walking distance, however they have a complementary shuttle that will take you and pick you up. The facility and rooms were clean. The room had lots of amenities, even some we weren't expecting like pots, pans, silverware, plates etc. If you plan ahead could do meals. There is so much to do at hotel, you really wouldn't have to leave for anything. They provide a bracelet that is used as room key and access to everything so you do not have to keep up with a room key or card. This was awesome. We will definitely stay again."
