"Great hotel for younger kids, there are activities all day and the indoor pool is entertaining. We stayed when it was a little colder so the outdoor wasn’t open yet. Great breakfast every morning and had coffee at refuel every day. Wish the buildings were connected since it was chilly to walk to the main building but otherwise amazing place to stay and would recommend it."

"I was a bit worried about booking this hotel after reading past reviews but was plesently surprised at how wonderful the room and hotel was. Yes, added signs with clearer directions would be nice, but we were pleased with our stay overall. However, one complaint was the shower. My husband, who is disabled with a prosthetic leg, had a hard time in the shower because it was very slippery. He kept slipping and almost falling. My elderly mother in law had the same problem. It was slippery for me and my daughter ss well but we managed. That is a fall Hazzard and should be addressed before someone really hurts themselves "

"Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff! This is our third time staying here before a flight. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant and bar is great too! Unfortunately, the hotel does not connect directly into the airport anymore but Hyatt made sure to have 3 shuttles available starting at 4am in the lobby. They really make sure you do not have to wait long at all. Everyone was great!"
