"We visited with our 3 year old grandson, he had a blast. He wasn't tall enough to ride the big slides, but he loved all the smaller slides and splash pad. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We constantly saw employees cleaning everywhere, vending, ice machines, mopping floors and they have very large clean restrooms. The beds were comfy and it was easy to request more towels or anything you may need. We did the meal plan, and it was a great deal. You get 2 16" pizzas with any toppings, 2 huge salads, 4 cookies from the bakery, 2 unlimited refill cups, and breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids for $75. All the food was excellent, and they have refill fountains all over the hotel which was nice. You can check in early and get your wristband to go ahead a play in the water before being able to go into your room at 3. You can also stay and play after you check out of the hotel. They had tons of activities, bubble dance party, dino stuff, singing, duckpin bowling, arcade and more. We will definitely be going back."

"Everything was great! We had the best time. The only thing id say and its not a complaint just a suggestion. The outdoor Waterpark should remain open past 7pm. That's early for people on vacation, especially if they have other things planned through that day! Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, staff, or cleanliness. The firefly restaurant is junk and not worth the money just an FYI"

"Clean Room, friendly staff especially Mr Rusty, lunch and dinner was delicious, family didnt have breakfast, family friendly resort. There isn't a gym or computer room, but you're close to everything. Pool was clean at all times, kids will not be bored there. Family will definitely return."

"Resort is so large, going to a pool, or spa, or restaurant can be quite a walk. Staff wasn’t much help with directions. Casino is huge with many entrances/exits. It is a shame they have so few shows or nighttime entertainment. Room was nice and very clean."

"The staff was amazing! The room on the other hand was not so good. When we first walked in all we could smell was weed. It had a bullet hole in one of the walls and the shower constantly leaked. When asked for some room spray the person had the from sealed handed me deodorant spray. On the last day when we asked for clean towels they had ran out and given us hand towels to use… would I stay there again? Probably not. But again you do get what you you pay for."
