"Wonderful room, very clean. We love staying there"

"This is my second time staying at the resort, first time was great, this time wasn't. Staying in the mountain tower and suppose to be mountain view haha not so much of a view on the 4th floor. Room needs repairs, bathroom faucet was very loose. We had to flip the mattress as it looked it was going up a mountain lol.. Cleanliness of the room could of been better, a/c return vent needs cleaning, vent in bathroom is full of dust, mirror had spots on it, corners of the bathroom floors need cleaning, had dust and hair in them. Showing needs caulking in certain areas. Pool area was bad, dirty towels on the floor in the pool area and hanging on back on chairs, mold in areas on pool floor and inside the pool around the water level had brownish looking soap scum on the pool wall, bottom of pool needed cleaning and even if you wanted to go swimming there were no towels for the guest to use. All the money the casino takes in you would think it would take care of things. If you like your hamburger well done make sure you check it. Anyways I leave it at that.."
