"The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking....

"Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! "

"This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. Free laundry facilities was very helpful. (many other nearby options used coin-operated. Really? Please don't nickle and dime me. There was coffee (hawaiian blend!) along with suger and creamer. "We loved this nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, organized and very well supplied apartment!! Everything that might be needed when away from home was kindly made available here, including “welcome” dog treats for our dog :). Communication with the host, Marcia, was excellent before and during our stay!"

"Apartments were clean with easy access. Centrally located entertainment room was enjoyed by my granddaughter with claw machines, games, and TV. It is a newer property and still needs a few touches, like wall decor to soften the echoes. A bench outside the individual rentsls would be nice for seating, but there's a great area out back with chairs and heating if needed. "
