"My family (children ages 19, 14 &11) & our two dogs, had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Blackberry Lodge. Booking, check-in & check-out were simple. "It was very nice had everything we needed plus they ler us bring our 3 dogs, there was plenty of room for all. The only thing we didn't get to do was have a fire in the fire pit because it rained all day Sunday. It was very relaxing."

"The property was great. Everything we needed was there, and clean. The key box was a little difficult to get into but not a big deal. The reason why this was not a 5 star rating was that the cabin was not as pictured. The beds in the bedrooms were not the same(not as many as listed).. the layout in the sun room was different. The bar was different than pictured. The frig and table and chains were even different.... had we planned for as many to stay as it listed it could sleep we would have been...

"Overall our stay was great. Getting the key was a bit different as the lock box that it was in would not open. The back door was open so we entered that way. Never were able to get the key out. Water was amazing and warm and clean. Would stay again as it was just what we had hoped for."

"We had a great fall visit at this home! The leaves were beautiful, and the home was cozy and supplied with all we needed. We loved the gas fireplace, the comfortable beds and we enjoyed using the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The home is right on the lake so the views of the lake were beautiful! "This cottage was perfect for our needs. We were in the area to visit family but needed our own space. The bedrooms are a little small, but it didn't matter because the common area was very well laid out. The living room was comfortable, the coffee bar was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for a slight schedule change. When we arrived, there was even a small Christmas tree lighting up a corner of the room. I would stay there again...

"This lovely cottage is all that was promised. We were looking for a quiet place to get away for a few nights and we were not disappointed. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, we really enjoyed just relaxing, reading and reconnecting. The fire pit was a nice addition to be able to star-gaze by. We’ve stayed all over the world and this may be the cleanest home we’re rented. Bed and linens were top notch and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Highly recommended."

"The home is beautiful and well laid out for a big group oh adults or larger families. There are beautiful lake views from the house and a lovely bench on the dock to enjoy the lake. The kitchen and common area are ideal for gathering a large group.
